Product/UX Designer

As a Hands-on Product UX Designer at Zinnia, you will be responsible for leading UX design efforts across multiple modules of the enterprise platform. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and subject matter experts to simplify domain-heavy workflows and create a best-in-class platform experience for enterprise insurance users. Your strong systems thinking and ability to balance user needs with technical and business constraints will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead UX design efforts across core areas of the enterprise platform such as Transactions workflows, dashboards, configuration tools, and reporting - Translate complex requirements into clear and scalable design solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user personas deeply - Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize stakeholder feedback - Deliver design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals - Maintain and evolve the design system for visual and functional consistency - Present designs and rationale to stakeholders confidently - Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX best practices **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor/Master's Degree with 6-10 years of UX/Product Design experience, focusing on enterprise platforms or workflow-driven applications - Experience in designing for data-heavy and domain-specific platforms, preferably in industries like insurance or finance - Proficiency in Figma (Highly Preferred) and other design tools - Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with various teams - Excellent understanding of UX fundamentals including interaction design, information architecture, usability, accessibility, and visual design - Strategic mindset considering both user experience and business goals - Familiarity with enterprise user expectations such as configurability, scalability, and performance Zinnia is the leading technology platform for accelerating life and annuities growth, simplifying the experience of buying, selling, and administering insurance products.
