Production/Sales Merchandiser

You will be joining our team as a Production/Sales Merchandiser, where your role will involve overseeing production planning, sales coordination, and merchandising strategies. Your responsibilities will include managing production planning, analyzing customer behavior and feedback, coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams, utilizing Advanced Excel for data analysis and inventory management, as well as developing and implementing merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing or Fashion Technology, with at least 1 year of experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in Advanced Excel for data tracking and analysis. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is required, and you should be willing to relocate or commute to Udhana, Surat. This full-time position is based in Udhana, Surat, Gujarat, with a Monday to Saturday schedule and day shift. The salary offered is in the range of 14,000 to 22,000 per month.
