Job Description

Managing daily production targets, quality control, and safety protocols. Coordinating with quality assurance and engineering teams to optimize Mould design and performance. Troubleshooting machine errors, conducting maintenance, and performing repairs. Training and supervising operators and technicians. Implementing efficient production processes and cost-saving initiatives. Monitoring and controlling departmental expenses. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborating with suppliers and customers as needed. Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency and productivity. Preferred candidate profile • Ability to multi-task • Experience in production management or a related field • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach • Problem-solving skills • Excellent communication & inter-personal skills • Broad knowledge of product • Decision making ability
