Production Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily production and packing targets as per the production plan.
• Assist the Quality Control (QC) team during internal and external audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all production and packing activities.
• Ensure that all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized prior to use.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers in the production and packing areas.
• Identify, document, and report any deviations or malfunctions in the production process to the Operations Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the production line and working area.
• Ensure all workers use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Preferred male candidates with Food Technology background.
