Job Summary:
Production Trainee
Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the entire production process of building products.

Assist the production supervisor in coordinating daily operations.

Monitor machinery and equipment for safe and efficient operation.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

Record daily production data and report any deviations to the team leader.

Follow company safety protocols and ensure compliance on the floor.

Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure standards are met.

Support in raw material handling, stock tracking, and assembly processes.

Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile:

Any Graduate (with interest in manufacturing or production roles)

Willing to work in factory/shopfloor environment
