Job Summary

Assist in operating production equipment, monitoring production processes, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Operation: Assist in operating production equipment, such as machines, conveyor belts, and tools.

2. Production Monitoring: Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met.

3. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report issues to supervisors.

4. Safety Protocols: Follow safety procedures and regulations to prevent injuries and ensure a safe working environment.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain production equipment, ensuring optimal performance and hygiene.

6. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of production, including batch numbers, quantities, and quality control data.

7. Teamwork: Collaborate with production teams, supervisors, and maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

1. Education: Diploma in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering).

2. Experience: 0-1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, or a related field.

3. Skills: Attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

4. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

1. Basic knowledge of production processes and equipment.

2. Familiarity with quality control principles and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP).

3. Certification in forklift operation or other material handling equipment.

Working Conditions

1. Manufacturing/production setting.

2. Exposure to noise, varying temperatures, and humidity.

3. Rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

4. Overtime as needed.

Salary Range

₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month.
