Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Production Trainees to join our team. The selected candidates will be trained and guided to work in various stages of lithium-ion battery production, quality checking, and assembly line operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day production activities.
Operate machines and equipment under supervision.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production.
Ensure quality standards are maintained during the production process.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workplace.
Report any issues or abnormalities to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma / Any fresher interested in production work.
Willingness to work in a factory environment.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (added advantage).

Skills Required:

Good learning attitude and discipline.
Ability to work in a team.
Basic communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
