Production Trainee

Your Responsibilities: - **Manufacturing Process Support:** Assist in the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality. - **Equipment Operation:** Learn to operate and maintain machinery, tools, and equipment utilized in the production process. - **Production Monitoring:** Support the monitoring of production lines to identify and address performance issues or inefficiencies. - **Technical Support:** Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot technical issues related to equipment or production processes. - **Quality Control:** Participate in quality assurance activities, including inspections, tests, and adherence to industry standards and regulations. - **Data Analysis:** Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, suggest improvements, and support decision-making. - **Continuous Improvement:** Contribute to lean manufacturing initiatives, process improvements, and cost-saving measures. - **Safety Compliance:** Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards within the manufacturing environment. - **Project Participation:** Assist in engineering projects, including new product introductions, process automation, and equipment upgrades.
