Your responsibilities in this role include ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations, fulfilling daily assembly shop and coil shop tasks as per directives, conducting product assembly and basic equipment operations, as well as setting up and operating different machines like Winding machine, Spot welding machine, Molding machine, and Automatic testing equipment for both coil shop and Assembly shop. The position demands flexibility and potential rotation of responsibilities along with maintaining high-quality standards and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen. The work environment primarily involves manufacturing operations. As an individual, you are goal-oriented, productive, adept at utilizing systems and technology to enhance efficiency, and can work effectively with minimal supervision. Ideally, you possess 0-2 years of experience in operating Assembly & Testing equipment, are open to working in shifts, and can fulfill physical demands including lifting weights up to 3 kilograms and color distinction.
