Job Description – Production Trainee Position Title: Production Trainee (Electronics Manufacturing) Location: Nagapur MIDC, Ahilyanagar Department: Production. --- Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Production Trainee to join our electronics manufacturing team. The trainee will be trained and guided in the production of SMPS, LED Drivers, and AC/DC Lights, supporting the team in achieving production targets while maintaining quality standards. --- Key Responsibilities: Learn and assist in the assembly, soldering, wiring, and fitting of electronic components. Support in the production of SMPS, LED Drivers, and lighting products. Operate hand tools and basic testing instruments under supervision. Perform basic quality checks during assembly. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety in the production area. Assist in packaging and dispatch activities when required. Report issues to the Production Supervisor. --- Requirements: Education: Minimum ITI / Diploma (preferred in Electronics). Experience: Freshers are welcome (prior electronics experience will be a plus). Interest in learning electronics assembly and production processes. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
