Job Description – Production Designer (Women’s Ethnic Wear) We are looking for a Production Designer to manage and oversee the design-to-production process for women’s ethnic garments, including suits, sarees, and lehengas. Responsibilities: Create and develop design concepts aligned with brand aesthetics. Coordinate with embroidery, tailoring, and sampling teams to ensure accurate execution. Prepare detailed tech packs, measurements, and material sheets. Oversee fabric selection, dyeing, trims, and surface embellishments. Ensure timely production of samples and final pieces. Maintain quality standards throughout the production process. Work closely with the production team to resolve design or fitting issues. Requirements: Experience in women’s ethnic wear (suits, sarees, lehengas). Strong understanding of fabrics, embroidery techniques, and garment construction. Ability to multitask and manage timelines. Good communication and coordination skills.
