We’re Hiring: Production Supervisor (with Quality Control Experience)

📍 Location: Kolkata | 🕒 Full-time | 🏭 On-site

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor who’s passionate about precision, quality, and leading a skilled team that turns design ideas into tangible, flawless creations.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise day-to-day production on the shopfloor.

• Plan and monitor production schedules and manpower.

• Oversee in-process and final quality checks.

• Collaborate with design, procurement, and QC teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Maintain logs, reports, and efficiency metrics.

• Drive continuous improvement and uphold 5S standards.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3–7 years’ experience in furniture / interior / manufacturing production.

• Strong knowledge of quality control and production planning.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• Leadership, problem-solving, and clear communication.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Engineering / Manufacturing.
