Job Description

Production - Supervisor (Thin Film Equipment)

Department: Production

Location: Dabaspet Bangalore

Education Qualification: Diploma

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

CTC : 5 to 6 LPA

Process Execution Support: Assist in managing and monitoring daily Production activities
Job Allocation & Progress Tracking: Support the shift in allocating work to operators and monitor batch progress to ensure adherence to production plans
In-Process Quality Checks: Conduct measurements and inspections using standard tools (interferometers, micro meters, etc.) to verify part quality and tolerances
Yield & Rework Analysis: Track part yield and rework instances; assist in root cause analysis and suggest process improvements
Fixture & Tool Coordination: Ensure the availability and readiness of fixtures, tools, and gauges; coordinate with stores and maintenance as required
Documentation: Maintain process records, inspection logs, and job completion reports as per standard formats
Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with QA, planning, and NPD teams to support trials, urgent requirements, and process changes
Adhere strictly to EHS guidelines and safety protocols, maintaining a neat and safe workspace
