Key Responsibilities :
1. Hands on experience in handling steel casting process.
2. To ensure work allocation to all personnel and availability of resources.
3. To ensure that the daily production targets are met as per the plan.
4. To delivery quality products.
5. Receive load plan for the shift and ensure the availability of resources.
6. Candidates preferred from Steel Foundry division.
7. Co-ordinate with quality for inspection and clearance of products.
8. Prepare and maintain KAIZEN documents and other production related documents.
9. Ensure the quality cleared products are despatched to the customer as per plan.
10. Exposure to Valve bodies / pump cases will be added advantage.
