Job Description

Role: Production Supervisor SS Tanks Unit

hands-on, energetic, and process-driven Production Supervisors

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily production operations of SS tanks
Handle manpower allocation, shift management & daily targets
Monitor quality, machine utilization & safety protocols
Ensure smooth coordination with maintenance and dispatch teams
Improve productivity through 5S, Kaizen, and lean principles

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Must have
2+ years experience
in
stainless steel fabrication
, welding, or tank production
Mechanical diploma/ITI
preferred
Strong leadership and people-handling skills
Able to handle production pressure and targets
Preferred candidates from outside Tamil Nadu
(300+ km away from Chennai)
Willing to stay in company-provided accommodation near factory
