Required qualification and skills
1. Proven experience as Production Supervisor / Engineer or similar role
2. Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
3. Advanced skills in MS Office
4. Organizational and leadership abilities
5. Communication and interpersonal skills
6. Experience in SPM will be added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities –
1. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
2. Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedule
3. Plan, executive, supervise the fabrication, assembly, and testing of
component or system prototypes.
4. Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
5. Check production output according to specifications
6. Submit reports on performance and progress
7. Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources
8. Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
9. Train staff in new and existing processes.
10. Other Relevant activities and tasks.
