Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Production Supervisor – Paintshop to oversee the paintshop operations at our NSML plant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervising painting processes in manufacturing and ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety norms are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily paintshop operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of targets.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company and industry specifications.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements for efficiency.
• Ensure safety and environmental guidelines are strictly followed.
• Manage a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Prepare daily/weekly production reports and escalate issues to higher management.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for equipment upkeep and process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in paintshop production or related manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, coatings, and industrial paint processes.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate across departments.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in sheet metal or automotive components painting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
