Production Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our pipe manufacturing process at our Chittoor plant. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in plastic pipe production and should be capable of managing a team, maintaining quality, and meeting daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities as per shift schedule
• Monitor extrusion/molding/pipe-laying machines and resolve minor breakdowns
• Maintain quality standards and ensure raw material usage is as per plan
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations
• Prepare and maintain daily production reports
• Ensure safety, discipline, and cleanliness on the shop floor
• Train and guide operators, helpers, and shift workers
• Maintain inventory of consumables and suggest procurement as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical / Plastic Engineering preferred
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a production role (preferably in plastic pipe manufacturing)
• Familiarity with extrusion machines, die-heads, and quality parameters
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Production software)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
