Co-ordinator

1. Process Monitoring & Coordination: Track day-to-day operations across departments (Production, Purchase, Dispatch, etc.). Ensure each department follows SOPs and meets timelines. Escalate issues or delays to management proactively. 2. Communication Bridge: Act as a link between departments (e.g., Stores ↔ Production ↔ Accounts). Update relevant teams with required information on time. Coordinate approvals and documentation flow. 3. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of production status, material movement, and dispatch. Prepare daily/weekly reports for management. Ensure proper filing of process documents. 4. Follow-up & Reminders: Follow up with team members on pending work. Set reminders for routine checks like maintenance, stock audits, or material requisitions. 5. Process Improvement: Identify delays, redundancies, or bottlenecks in processes. Suggest improvements or automation where applicable. Ensure compliance with process standards. 6. Meeting Coordination: Schedule internal review meetings. Prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting).
