Job Overview:

Vanaura Organics, a leading manufacturer of organic skincare and Ayurvedic products, is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations at our Thrissur facility. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, production expertise, and the ability to ensure quality and efficiency in the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage production activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for raw materials.
• Maintain production records and generate reports as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a production/manufacturing role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
