Roles & Responsibilities: Production Supervisor: Oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure timely completion of production targets Manage workforce, assign tasks, and monitor productivity Maintain proper records of production and material usage Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company standards Coordinate with maintenance team to minimize downtime. Quality Inspector Check finished products for quality compliance Perform in-process and final inspection as per standard operating procedures Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions Maintain quality reports and documentation Support implementation of ISO and quality management systems Skills Required: Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments Good communication and team management skills Problem-solving and attention to detail
