Prepare HR reports and dashboards as needed. Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and internal policies. Assist in payroll inputs and leave/attendance management. 5. Training & Development Coordinate employee training sessions and workshops. Track employee training needs and completion status. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5YEARS AND MORE years of experience in an HR role preferred. Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools. Preferred Skills :Problem-solving mindset Organizational and multitasking abilities Confidentiality and integrity Team player with a proactive attitude Work Environment: Office-based with occasional travel for recruitment or training activities.
