Job Description

As a Production Supervisor in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing daily shopfloor operations in the sheet metal fabrication department. Your role will involve managing manpower and machines, ensuring quality production, and updating job orders in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or custom ERPs. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise daily shopfloor operations in sheet metal fabrication - Manage manpower and machines effectively - Ensure quality production standards are met - Update job orders in ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or custom ERPs Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor - Minimum 2 years of experience in the sheet metal industry - Hands-on experience with sheet metal processes including CNC, bending, welding, etc. - Proficiency in handling ERP systems for production entry and job tracking - Experience in team supervision, shift planning, and knowledge of BOMs, routing & drawings - Strong communication and problem-solving skills In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, our company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, day shift and fixed shift schedules, and a performance bonus. The work location for this role is in Gurgaon, Haryana.
