Job Description: You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and scheduling production activities to ensure production targets and deadlines are met at our spice and snacks packing company's new factory. Your role will involve supervising and leading the production team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, providing feedback, and coaching team members as required. Additionally, you will be expected to identify and resolve any technical issues that may arise during the production process.
