Production Supervisor-Electronics

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for production of LED bulbs on SMT machine
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic components and devices.
• Work with cross-functional teams for product development and improvement.
• Conduct testing, calibration, and validation of electronic systems.
• Collaborate with the team for implementation and quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain documentation for designs, testing, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for components and materials.

Required Skills & Technical Expertise

• Proficiency in using testing and debugging instruments such as Multimeter, CRO, and other diagnostic tools.
• Working knowledge of IoT systems, power electronics, or control systems (as applicable to the role).
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret circuit diagrams and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical approach, troubleshooting mindset, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
