Production Supervisor - Door Manufacturing

The Production Supervisor (Door Manufacturing) position at Lamora Section in the door & door frame manufacturing industry in Sonipta requires an experienced candidate with hands-on exposure to pre-hung doors and door frames. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in reputed door manufacturing companies and possess expert-level knowledge of door and frame production processes. As a Production Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include supervising the daily production of doors and door frames with strict quality control measures, planning and managing manpower, production schedules, and shift operations, ensuring adherence to company standards for accuracy and finishing, monitoring raw material usage to reduce wastage, leading, training, and motivating the production team to achieve targets, collaborating with quality, design, and maintenance teams for efficient workflow, and maintaining production reports while keeping management updated. The successful candidate should hold an ITI/Diploma/Degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the door manufacturing industry, with a strong focus on pre-hung doors. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate proven abilities in supervising and leading production teams, possess in-depth knowledge of end-to-end door manufacturing processes, and exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
