Production Supervisor

Role & responsibilities Coordinate the production schedule and adjust as necessary to meet demand while maintaining optimal efficiency Supervise and manage daily production activities to ensure that production goals are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timelines Monitor product quality throughout the production process, ensuring that all food safety regulations Perform quality checks and make adjustments to processes as needed to maintain product consistency and prevent contamination. Lead, train, and motivate production team members, ensuring they understand safety protocols, production standards, and job expectations. Provide performance feedback and identify opportunities for employee development and continuous improvement. Identify and resolve any production or equipment issues that may arise, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations Work closely with maintenance teams to troubleshoot mechanical or operational problems with equipment Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production output, waste, downtime, and resource utilization Preferred candidate profile Food Industry , Bakery ,Pizza industry candidates are preferred
