Production Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor/Incharge to manage the daily operations of our manufacturing unit in Indore. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry, possess a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and demonstrate efficient management of shop-floor activities. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate production activities to ensure timely and high-quality output. - Monitor daily production schedules and ensure targets are met. - Manage shop-floor workforce, ensuring adherence to discipline and safety standards. - Maintain accurate documentation of production, wastage, and downtime. - Optimize the use of manpower, materials, and machinery for efficient operations. - Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot production process issues. - Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow. - Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP, and safety standards. - Support in training and mentoring new or junior staff members. - Prepare and distribute daily and monthly production reports to senior management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field. - 2 to 10 years of experience in FMCG manufacturing. - Proven track record as a Production Supervisor or Incharge in previous roles. - Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes, productivity, and shop-floor control. - Basic computer skills (proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and ERP tools preferred).,
