S/No Job description for Production Forman 1 Responsible for Corrugation & converting machines. 2 Should have through knowledge and operating skill in Corrugation, Sheet pasting, Diecut, stitching, RS4 Machines. 3 Responsible for Job approval. 4 Responsible for operator training. 5 Achieve production target according to the plan with quality. 6 Plan and utilize the equipment’s and manpower. 7 Coordination with planning, quality, store and design department. 8 Conduct process Audit and take corrective action. 9 Can check and fix the process parameters in case of finding any abnormalities at all line. 10 Responsible to analyse the Production loss and control wastage. 11 Use why why analysis to solve the problems. 12 Responsible to implement and maintain the production formats and SOP. 13 Ensure that all safety rules are being followed at all times. 14 Ensure hygiene and good housekeeping in the production floor.
