Job Description

As a Production Supervisor at our manufacturing facility specializing in fan guard production, your role will involve overseeing shop floor workers, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will be responsible for monitoring production progress, performing dimensional checks on parts, and ensuring the overall efficiency of the production line. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate activities of shop floor workers involved in fan guard production. - Ensure efficient and accurate achievement of production targets and deadlines. - Record production data hourly, including quantity produced and any process issues. - Perform dimensional checks on parts every hour to meet required specifications. - Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality standards on the shop floor. - Provide guidance, training, and performance monitoring of workers. - Optimize productivity through proper utilization of resources. - Report production progress, issues, and improvement suggestions to the Production Manager. Qualifications: - Education: ITI, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience: Freshers (0 years) to 6 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or production, preferably in the fan guard industry. - Skills: Knowledge of production processes, shop floor management, attention to detail, and proficiency in maintaining production logs. In addition, the company offers Provident Fund as a benefit. Please note that the work location for this role is in-person.,
