Responsibilities:
Supervision of Production Operations:Oversee day-to-day operations on the production floor, ensuring efficient, smooth, and safe production processes.Supervise a team of operators and production workers, ensuring that production targets and quality standards are met.Ensure production timelines are followed, and tasks are assigned efficiently among the team.Quality Control and Improvement:Monitor product quality at various stages of production and ensure compliance with industry standards.Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to product quality or process inefficiencies.Team Leadership and Development:Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Train new employees and ensure the team is well-versed in standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.Health and Safety Compliance:Ensure adherence to safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Conduct regular safety audits and ensure proper training for all team members on safety protocols.Production Planning and Scheduling:Assist in production planning and scheduling to ensure timely and efficient output.Adjust production schedules to address any issues that may arise on the shop floor.
