Production Supervisor

As a Diploma holder in Mechanical with substantial experience in the Production Department of an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Automobile Manufacturing company, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production processes to ensure optimal efficiency. Your role will involve supervising a team of 20+ workers, assigning tasks, and enforcing adherence to quality standards. It will also be crucial for you to implement continuous improvement strategies aimed at reducing waste and minimizing downtime. Additionally, you will be required to manage safety procedures and ensure strict compliance with relevant regulations.
