Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections across all facilities to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance. Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, including but not limited to OSHA, environmental regulations, and industry-specific guidelines. Provide engaging and effective safety training to all employees, fostering a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Investigate and report on all incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation, including incident reports, training logs, and audit findings. Collaborate with all departments to integrate safety into daily operations and decision-making processes. Stay updated on new safety technologies, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve our safety performance. Qualifications: UG: Any Graduate PG: Any Postgraduate Proven experience in a senior safety role, preferably within the automobile manufacturing or related industry. Deep understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to develop and deliver effective safety training programs. Certifications in safety management (e.g., CSP, NEBOSH) are highly desirable.
