Job Description

Oversee and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow. • Monitor processes, equipment, and production schedules to meet targets. • Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards. • Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions when needed. • Manage raw materials, manpower, and inventory levels effectively. • Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily/weekly reports. • Train, guide, and evaluate production staff to ensure adherence to SOPs and safety norms. • Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams for material availability and equipment upkeep. • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
