Production & Quality Supervisor

You will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining quality standards in the production process as a Production & Quality Supervisor. Your role will include conducting visual inspections, ensuring adherence to product specifications, and using technical measuring instruments to maintain high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and monitor daily forging production activities. - Conduct visual inspections of components to detect defects or deviations. - Ensure production quality meets specified standards and customer requirements. - Interpret engineering drawings for production and inspection purposes. - Use measuring tools such as Vernier calipers, gauges, and other technical instruments to verify product accuracy. - Maintain production and quality-related documentation in the computer system. - Coordinate with production and quality teams to address and resolve issues. - Adhere to safety and quality protocols in the environment. Required Skills & Competencies: - Basic computer operating knowledge (MS Office, data entry, email communication). - Ability to read and interpret engineering/technical drawings. - Proficiency in using Vernier calipers, gauges, and other measuring instruments. - Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills and teamwork abilities. - Willingness to learn forging-specific processes and inspection techniques.
