**Job Description:** As a Supervisor in tool room, SPM, and fixture manufacturing, your role will involve planning production, ensuring quality standards are met, reviewing drawings, and coordinating with design & assembly teams to ensure on-time, precise, and efficient project execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan production schedules and workflows for tool room, SPM, and fixture manufacturing - Ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process - Review technical drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility of production - Coordinate with design and assembly teams to meet project deadlines effectively - Supervise and provide guidance to the production team to enhance efficiency and productivity **Qualifications Required:** - Proven experience as a Supervisor in tool room, SPM, and fixture manufacturing - Strong understanding of production processes and quality standards - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams In addition to the job responsibilities, you will be entitled to the benefit of food provided during your full-time employment.
