1) Quality Control Procedure of all production shops (Weld, Assembly, Moulding)
2) Conduct post shut down audit and prepare the observation report and share with concern stake holder.
3)Poka Yoke validation on monthly basis and follow up for countermeasure.
4) Should be able to handle all the audits related to production.
5) Conduct quality control inspections of production lines to ensure compliance with Poka Yoke principles
1) 2-7 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
2) Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Automobile or Mechanical field. 3) Strong understanding of auditing, compliance, Poka Yoke concepts, and lean manufacturing principles.
