Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily production/Quality activities and help achieve targets.
Learn and support fabrication, welding, and fitting operations.
Help in planning manpower, materials, and machines.
Coordinate with design, planning, and quality teams.
Prepare and maintain daily production reports.
Follow safety and quality rules at the workplace.
Learn to identify and suggest process improvements.
Participate in training programs to gain technical knowledge

Requirements

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Basic understanding of fabrication and production processes.
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
