**Objective:**
Operate Chemical process equipment for the manufacturing of Pharma API specialty chemicals, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Start-up, monitor, and shut down reactors, blenders, filters, dryers, and associated utilities.
- Weigh, measure, and load raw materials as per batch instructions.
- Monitor process parameters and log deviations, responding to alarms and process changes.
- Sample intermediates and finished goods for QC testing.
- Conduct equipment checks, basic maintenance, and cleaning.
- Adhere to safety regulations and use of PPE.
**Requirements:**- ITI/AOCP/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years’ plant operation experience,
ideally in PHARMA API PRODUCTION PLANT or Chemical Manufacturing.
- Sound knowledge of DCS/PLC/ERP Systems, batch operations, and handling hazardous chemicals.
- Safety-conscious and Physically fit.
