Production Chemist

**Objective:**

Oversee and optimize Batch and Continuous chemical processes for PHARMA API and specialty chemical manufacturing, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**-

Plan, execute, and optimize chemical reactions and processes for production of PHARMA API and specialty chemical manufacturing,

- Scale up laboratory processes to commercial production.

- Troubleshoot process bottlenecks and investigate non-conformances.

- Collaborate with R&D, QC, and production teams on product and process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) and statutory regulations.

- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and batch documentation.

**Requirements:**

- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

- 7+ years of production experience in PHARMA API and specialty chemical manufacturing

- Strong understanding of process chemistry, scale-up, and safety.

- Problem-solving, analytical, and team leadership skills.

- Person should be able to handle entire production activities.

- He has knowledge about GMP documentation & able to maintain all documents as per SOPs.

- He has good exposure to handle all trouble shoot related to plant operation.

- He is able to closely coordinate with QC on quality related aspects.

- He has good experience to handle team & manage shift & production planning.

- He is able to work based on given timeline of sales & marketing.

- He is able to closely coordinate with QA team on all documentation & deviation if any happened in Plant.

- He has exposure & experience to give training to plant & operational people.

- He has good exposure to face audit of customer & regulatory.

- He is able to work as per given management timeline of production & planning.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
