Production Operator

As a potential candidate for the position at Experic, you will be required to train on, comply with, and understand all policies and procedures including Regulatory, Safety, SOPs, Work Instructions, etc. You will assist in the development of new processes and procedures under management direction. Your responsibilities will include becoming a subject matter expert for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, adapting equipment understanding into new SOPs and work instructions, and training additional staff on equipment specialty. Additionally, you will be involved in front line troubleshooting of processes and equipment. Key Responsibilities: - Perform Pharmaceutical Manufacturing activities such as batch documentation/record generation, materials sampling, staging, dispensing, and return, equipment and room set-up, operation, and cleaning, use of appropriate personal safety equipment and engineering controls, and in-process inspection and sampling. - Conduct developmental manufacturing experiments under the direction of Production head/Supervisor. - Support investigational and quality systems activities. - Assist maintenance in preventative maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment. - Participate in continuous improvement activities at Experic. - Carry out duties in compliance with all federal and state regulations and guidelines. - Comply with all company and site policies and procedures. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. - Previous experience in a Pharma Company is a must. - Male candidates are preferred. - Must be located near Chandigarh, Derabassi, Baddi, or Mohali.
