Production Operator

We are looking for a Production Operator for a skilled Laser Machine Operation to join our team. The Laser Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser marking machines to produce high-quality markings on various materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in laser machine operation, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up laser marking machines according to job specifications and requirements.
• Load materials onto the machine and adjust settings such as power, speed, and focal length.
• Operate laser marking machines to produce accurate and precise markings on a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, and ceramics.
• Monitor the laser marking process to ensure quality standards are met and make adjustments as needed.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks on laser machines, including cleaning lenses, replacing parts, and troubleshooting issues.
• Inspect finished products to ensure markings meet quality standards and specifications.
• Record production data, including machine settings, production quantities, and any issues encountered during the process.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet production targets.
• Participate in training programs to develop and enhance skills in laser machine operation and maintenance.

Requirements:

• 12th, diploma , iti, arts, engineering students
• Freshers or experienced person can apply for the job.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in marking processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Flexibility to work from Monday to Saturday.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
