1. Adherence to standard operating procedure.
2. Calibration of weighing instruments in Production area.
3. Monitoring and control of specific Critical control operations.
4. Responsible for dispensing, packing and storage of packing material.
5. To monitor Housekeeping and update the checklists.
6. To perform Equipment cleaning
7. Achieving the production targets.
8. Responsible for Procurement of the liquid extract and wet cake from extraction blocks.
9. Procurement of the packing material and other consumables from stores through the Ma Requisition Slip.
10. Maintenance of production equipment in co-ordination with Engineering and mainter department.
11. Monitoring of process efficiencies.
12. Data Entry in Quality Records.
13. Adherence to Good manufacturing practices.
14. Responsible for giving Sample Request to QC and Micro test.
15. Responsible for collect the QC and Micro results.
16. Reporting to non-conformance, adherence and initiation to the Corrective action and preventive a with Quality Assurance.
17. Maintenance of Drying related documents and Quality records.
18. Traceability from dried product to wet materials.
19. Adherence to Environmental health safety and pollution control.
