Production Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a Production Operator for a skilled Laser Machine Operation to join our team. The Laser Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining laser marking machines to produce high-quality markings on various materials. The ideal candidate will have experience in laser machine operation, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: Set up laser marking machines according to job specifications and requirements. Load materials onto the machine and adjust settings such as power, speed, and focal length. Operate laser marking machines to produce accurate and precise markings on a variety of materials, including metals, plastics, and ceramics. Monitor the laser marking process to ensure quality standards are met and make adjustments as needed. Perform regular maintenance tasks on laser machines, including cleaning lenses, replacing parts, and troubleshooting issues. Inspect finished products to ensure markings meet quality standards and specifications. Record production data, including machine settings, production quantities, and any issues encountered during the process. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and meet production targets. Participate in training programs to develop and enhance skills in laser machine operation and maintenance. Requirements: 12th, diploma , iti, arts, engineering students Freshers or experienced person can apply for the job. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in marking processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping. Ability to lift and move materials as needed. Flexibility to work from Monday to Saturday.
