Job Title: Production Officer – Water-Based Paint Division
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Production Officer for our Water-Based Paint Division at our manufacturing facility in Raipur. The ideal candidate should have technical knowledge in chemical processes and prior experience (preferred) in water-based paint or emulsion production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities for water-based paint products
• Ensure proper mixing, batching, and quality control
• Monitor raw material usage and maintain production records
• Coordinate with R&D, quality control, and store departments
• Follow all safety protocols and SOPs
• Troubleshoot process-related issues and minimize downtime

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or Paint Technology
• 0–2 years of experience (experience in water-based paint preferred)
• Knowledge of production equipment, emulsions, and paint formulation
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Schedule:

• Full-time, Day Shift
• Monday to Saturday
