About the Company

Production Officer

Responsibilities

Oversee
daily production operations
of inorganic chemicals, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
Implement and monitor
WHO-GMP, ISO, and FSSAI-compliant processes
within production.
Coordinate with QA/QC, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain production documentation, batch records, and SOP compliance.
Ensure
safety, hygiene, and environmental compliance
across the shop floor.
Train and supervise production staff to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.

Qualifications

Minimum
5–7 years of experience
in production within
inorganic/chemical manufacturing
.
Strong knowledge of chemical production processes and regulatory compliance.
Hands-on experience in implementing
WHO-GMP, ISO, and safety standards
.
Ability to lead and manage a team in a plant environment.
B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.Tech/M.Tech (Chemical Engineering) preferred.
