Role & responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the shop floor. Ensure that production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and time. Monitor the use of raw materials and minimize wastage. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Implement and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP standards. Coordinate with the Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to resolve any production-related issues. Train and guide operators and production staff for optimum performance. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. Assist in inventory management and ensure timely requisition of materials. Monitor equipment performance and ensure regular preventive maintenance is scheduled. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or related field. Experience: 210 years in production or manufacturing operations within the FMCG industry. Skills: Strong understanding of production processes and systems Knowledge of quality and safety standards (GMP, ISO, HACCP) Leadership and team management capabilities Good communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office and production software (ERP/MES preferred) Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in any FMCG INDUSTRY
