Production Officer

Job Summary: As a Material and Inventory Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure the availability of materials for plant operations and fast-moving spare parts in the plant. You will be in charge of managing inventory efficiently and maintaining the upkeep and cleanliness of the plant to support its smooth functioning. Key Responsibilities: - Maximize plant production and efficiency. - Enhance TM/Pump efficiency to improve overall performance. - Implement strategies to reduce operational costs without compromising quality. - Maintain optimal plant efficiency by overseeing material availability. - Ensure sufficient stock of raw materials to support uninterrupted operations. - Conduct stock reconciliation to track inventory levels accurately. - Handle real-time goods receipt notes (GRN) for inventory management. - Assist the Plant In-charge in day-to-day activities to streamline operations. - Prioritize Plant safety measures and oversee housekeeping activities to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications & Experience: - Education: Any Diploma/ Graduate in a relevant field. - Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), Aggregate, or Construction industry.,
