Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Supervise daily production operations and ensure targets are met.
Maintain product quality and follow all food safety standards (FSSAI, GMP, HACCP).
Manage and guide production workers and allocate duties.
Monitor machines, processes, and raw material usage.
Maintain production records, batch reports, and daily output sheets.
Coordinate with QA, maintenance, and stores for smooth operations.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and proper PPE usage on the shop floor.
Control wastage and ensure proper handling of raw and packaging materials.
