Production Merchandiser

Position:

Location: Sector 34, Gurugram, Haryana 122001

Working Day: 6 Days

Timing: 9.30 to 6.30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and monitor production timelines to ensure on-time delivery of apparel orders.- Liaise with suppliers, factories, and internal teams to communicate production requirements and resolve issues.- Manage production schedules, track order progress, and anticipate potential delays or bottlenecks.- Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain product standards.- Negotiate pricing, timelines and terms with vendors to optimize cost efficiency and production outcomes.- Prepare and analyze production reports to evaluate performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices to enhance production processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Apparel Merchandising, Textile Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in apparel manufacturing, with a focus on production coordination and merchandising.

• Must be working in a Export house.

• Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and production techniques.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and ERP software.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
